Refund policy

We will exchange due to MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS ONLY. The item(s) must be return within 5 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unopened, unused and unsoilded). We will require the original tax invoices as proof of purchase from www.petronize.sg. We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.

 

*exchange policy applied to ‘bulk purchases’, we DO NOT ALLOWED EXCHANGE when bags of food are open AFTER 5 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE

 

Please note that the measurement chart serves as a guideline only and it may varies. Therefore, for items such as pet clothing and pet shoes, please provide your actual measurement under the ‘note/remarks section’ when placing your order. If the exchange is due to wrong advise of size by customer, exchange will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective and Wrong Item Sent Return Policy:
Customer is to bring the item to our shop for exchange once pre-arrangement is made.  

 

If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent, customers must contact us by phone or email us within the same day of the receipt of purchase so that we can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges. A replacement item will be shipped to you upon contacting our customer service. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacturer’s warranty policies.
