This Royal Canin formula is designed exclusively for pure breed Golden Retriever puppies from 8 weeks to 15 months old. Golden Retrievers are recognized for their long, flax-colored coats, but their dense hair can lead to skin irritation. The breed is genetically prone to specific heart problems, and is also known for its intelligent and inquisitive nature. Feeding a diet that is tailor-made for their specific needs is important to ensure your puppy grows up to be the beautiful Golden he's meant to be.

Transition Instructions. We recommend at least a 7 day transition before you begin feeding the new food exclusively. Start by mixing 75% of the old diet with 25% of the new diet on Day 1 and Day 2. On Day 3 and Day 4, mix 50% of the old diet with 50% of the new diet. On Day 5 and Day 6, mix 25% of the old diet with 75% of the new diet. On the 7th day, you can feed the new food exclusively. This allows your pet’s digestive system to smoothly adapt to the new food.

In some cases, we use international suppliers, because only those suppliers can offer raw materials that comply with our quality and food safety standards.
